About the Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and motivated Saudi National Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This is a fully remote opportunity that offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Kingdom while playing a key role in building high-performing teams.
As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, helping us attract, engage, and hire top professionals across various industries in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions across different departments and levels.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Bayt.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job portals, and networking.
- Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recruitment consultancy.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, etc.).
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and professional networking gatherings (when required).
Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi recruitment market, labor laws, and Saudization regulations.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
- Up-to-date with latest recruitment trends and best practices.
