Recruiter – Talent Acquisition - Remotely

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, supporting hiring needs across Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video)
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in KSA

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience hiring for roles within Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
