We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-focused Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow and strengthen our team of caregivers and nurses in one of the most competitive healthcare hiring markets in the region.

This is a highly active, relationship-driven recruiting role focused on community outreach, networking, lead generation, and full-cycle talent acquisition. We are looking for someone who genuinely believes people are the heart of healthcare and enjoys connecting others with meaningful work.

The people we hire directly impact whether vulnerable children, adults, and seniors can safely remain at home; making this role both rewarding and impactful.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, LPNs, and RNs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates
• Conduct interviews, candidate outreach, and follow-up communication
• Develop relationships with schools, workforce agencies, healthcare organizations, and community groups
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
• Build excitement around joining the Dakota Home Care team
• Help candidates understand what makes Dakota Home Care unique
• Promote the mission, culture, and opportunities that make Dakota Home Care stand out
• Partner closely with leadership and operations teams to support staffing goals

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting, staffing, sales, marketing, or HR experience preferred
• Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
• Experience with community outreach or workforce development preferred
