Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for Truckomat candidates and hiring managers at multiple locations
-
Manage the end-to-end job posting lifecycle
-
Source, screen, and engage candidates using a combination of traditional outreach and other tools
-
Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews
-
Maintain accurate, compliant records in the ATS and HR systems
-
Guide candidates through the full recruitment and onboarding journey

Leverage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Paylocity (ATS), and other recruiting technologies
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable working within structured, repeatable workflows

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Process-oriented and coachable

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Passionate about helping people find opportunities and creating positive candidate experiences.

Flexibility in schedule to accommodate evening or weekend orientations
