Recruiter/HR Associate
Woodridge, IL
One (1) FT Position Available:
Monday - Friday From 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week
Annual Salary DOE: $55k - $65k
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews)
Coordinate screening, interviews, onboarding, and new hire documentation
Maintain employee records and HR compliance files
Support leave administration and accommodation processes
Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Qualifications:
2–5 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
