RECRUITER/HR ASSOCIATE

Recruiter/HR Associate

Woodridge, IL

One (1) FT Position Available:

Monday - Friday From 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week

Annual Salary DOE: $55k - $65k

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews)

    • Coordinate screening, interviews, onboarding, and new hire documentation

    • Maintain employee records and HR compliance files

    • Support leave administration and accommodation processes

    • Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    • Respond to routine employee HR questions and escalate complex issues when needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

  • Experience using HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and UKG is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
