Description:
Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, with a strong focus on high-level sales professionals and hard-to-find candidates. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.

Identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and relationship building.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate evaluations.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract high-performing candidates.

Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruiting plans.

Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives as needed.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.

Experience recruiting sales professionals, in-home sales representatives, or commission-based roles is highly preferred.

Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting tools.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
