Our Organization is seeking a strong Talent Acquisition Recruiter to assist with sourcing new talent for our rapidly growing company. This candidate must have extensive experience working within a call center environment preferably in the medical or healthcare industries. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews for all of our locations in Bangalore and Noida. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.

Position responsibilities

  • Review and analyze resumes using ATS software program UKG
  • Manage and create all job requisitions and post on Job Portals.
  • Sourcing and scheduling interviews through job portals daily.
  • Responsible for creating job descriptions and working with Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain Open Requisition Report / MIS and provide all such details weekly
  • Identify best in class tools for staffing and interviewing potential staff members constantly
  • Post some roles on social media sites and manage such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
  • Create innovative ways to attract top talent
  • Assist with branding GetixHealth internally and externally
  • Compensation Negotiations with the candidates
  • Preparing offer letters within UKG and submit to candidates for acceptance
  • Continuously fill the pipeline with good candidates even when there are no open roles.
  • Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Willing to work in 2:00 PM -11:00 PM shift.
  • Must have proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Proven experience in meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience recruiting in a call center environment is highly preferable
  • Must be willing to learn, be a team player, and deadline driven.
