Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Source and screen candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews via Zoom, phone, and email
• Create and post job advertisements
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity reports
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Conduct market research and recruiting strategy research
• Collaborate with team members to achieve hiring goals

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients professionally
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online systems, etc.)
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Japanese-English bilingual
