We are partnering with a fast-growing national law firm with offices in downtown Chicago to find a Recruiting Analyst. This position will support the recruiting department and serve as the systems specialist to their busy team. This role is perfect for a tech focused recruiting professional who is excited to ensure the recruiting team is meeting and exceeding industry standards through data-driven strategies and processes.


This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting platforms by inputting data, maintaining the ATS, and running reports for team leaders.
  • Create visual dashboards to analyze data, identify hiring trends, and keep team informed of attorney hiring pipeline.
  • Work with leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes and systems.
  • Partner with the Director of Recruiting and team members to utilize data to create recruiting strategies and benchmarks.
  • Train users on systems and future updates, creating SOPs for company-wide usage, and implementing new processes as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services environment, with a focus on data driven support.
  • Strong understand of recruiting cycles and how to leverage data to track performance and create strategies.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
  • Experience utilizing VI Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
