Our family owned and operated office, located in Arlington Heights, IL, has an opening for a talented Recruiting Coordinator who likes to think "outside the box".
Responsibilities:
- Source & phone screen top talent
- Schedule interviews for Talent & Department Managers
- Contact candidates to remind them of their interviews
- Manage Recruitment Calendar using Outlook
- Follow up with candidates after their interviews
- Work closely with management team on hiring needs for various departments
- Guide candidates through a 5 star experience
- Organize paperwork & update simple spreadsheets
- Develop creative recruitment projects
- Other projects as needed
Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition Experience
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be organized & ability to multitask
- Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems.
- Be an excellent judge of character.
- Be motivated and results driven.
- Be able to act quickly and decisively.
- Have good computer skills & knowledge of Outlook.
