Recruiting Coordinator

ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling and Electric is one of the top-rated residential service providers in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Our family owned and operated office, located in Arlington Heights, IL, has an opening for a talented Recruiting Coordinator who likes to think "outside the box".

Responsibilities:

• Source & phone screen top talent
• Schedule interviews for Talent & Department Managers
• Contact candidates to remind them of their interviews
• Manage Recruitment Calendar using Outlook
• Follow up with candidates after their interviews
• Work closely with management team on hiring needs for various departments
• Guide candidates through a 5 star experience
• Organize paperwork & update simple spreadsheets
• Develop creative recruitment projects
• Other projects as needed

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years of Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition Experience
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be organized & ability to multitask
• Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems.
• Be an excellent judge of character.
• Be motivated and results driven.
• Be able to act quickly and decisively.
• Have good computer skills & knowledge of Outlook.
