Title: Recruiting Operations Coordinator – Inflight Talent Acquisition

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid, remote and onsite requirements)

Hours: 8am – 5pm CST

Duration & Type: Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Compensation: Competitive W2 hourly rate ($20.50-22.50 per hour), plus access to healthcare and dental insurance plans of choice (benefit plan details available upon request)

Summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking multiple Recruiting Operations Coordinators to support a high-volume Talent Acquisition team within the aviation industry. This role is ideal for recruiting professionals who thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and possess exceptional attention to detail.

The primary responsibility of this position is reviewing and evaluating large volumes of one-way recorded candidate interviews as part of a high-volume Flight Attendant hiring process. Successful candidates will be comfortable performing repetitive work, applying hiring criteria consistently, and maintaining accuracy while reviewing hundreds of candidate interviews each week.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Staffing Specialist, or Recruiting Operations professional who enjoys structured work, can remain highly focused while reviewing large volumes of candidate interviews, and understands the importance of consistency, accuracy, and candidate experience in a high-volume hiring environment. This individual is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, follows established processes closely, and can effectively support both recruiting operations and onboarding activities.

What You Will Be Accountable For

Candidate Assessment & Interview Review

  • Review and evaluate high volumes of recorded one-way candidate interviews.
  • Assess candidate responses against established hiring rubrics, scoring guidelines, and selection criteria.
  • Maintain calibration with Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure consistent candidate evaluations.
  • Document interview outcomes and recommendations accurately within recruiting systems.
  • Support a recruiting environment processing approximately 150–300 candidate video interviews per week.

Recruiting Operations Support

  • Support high-volume recruiting initiatives for Flight Attendant hiring.
  • Coordinate candidate movement throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Maintain applicant records and recruiting documentation within applicant tracking systems.
  • Create and distribute interview guides and hiring materials.
  • Support scheduling activities for interviews, hiring events, and assessments.
  • Communicate candidate status updates throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment activities.
  • Coordinate fingerprinting and background check initiation.
  • Process employment-related documentation and candidate records.
  • Support hiring events and candidate processing activities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruiting records.
  • Ensure data integrity across recruiting and onboarding systems.
  • Support compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters, hiring managers, and talent acquisition leadership.

Position Structure Hybrid Recruiting Operations Coordinators (2 Openings)

  • Primarily remote position.
  • Majority of time spent reviewing recorded candidate interviews and supporting recruiting operations.
  • Occasional onsite attendance may be required for hiring events or business needs.

Onsite Recruiting Operations Coordinator (1 Opening)

  • Primarily based onsite in Houston.
  • Supports in-person hiring events and candidate processing activities.
  • May require up to five days onsite during active hiring periods.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for candidate onboarding activities including fingerprinting, background checks, and post-selection processing.

What Qualifications You Need

  • 2 Years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources operations.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Experience screening, evaluating, or interviewing candidates.
  • Ability to apply established hiring guidelines consistently and objectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, process-oriented work while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Phenom CRM.
  • Experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
  • Aviation, airline, hospitality, customer service, or operational recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, background checks, or pre-employment processing activities.
