As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will keep Vale's talent acquisition engine running smoothly, managing scheduling, communications, and logistics to create a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring teams and candidates, managing calendars efficiently

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

Maintain and update the ATS (applicant tracking system) with accurate, timely information

Manage job postings across recruiting platforms

Prepare offer letters and coordinate background check processes

Compile recruiting metrics and support regular reporting to leadership

Continuously improve the candidate experience by identifying friction points and proposing solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

1+ year of recruiting coordination or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

$55,000 – $70,000 per year
