Recruiting Genius for Trucking Company

What We Need:

We are looking for a highly effective trucking recruiter who knows how to find and close owner operators. We need someone who understands the trucking market and can consistently bring in qualified truckers.

Immediate Objective: recruit 20 owner operators (10 OTR and 10 Frac Sand) and some company drivers.

You must know where drivers are, how to reach them, and how to get them to commit.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit owner operators for over-the-road and oilfield work. Identify drivers through social media, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, similar venues, and industry contacts.

Handle driver conversations from first contact through onboarding, then continue to manage relationship. Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified drivers. Communicate clearly with drivers and move quickly when opportunities arise.

Pay: From $1,994.78 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Midland, TX 79707
