Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team at a well-established local trucking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the transportation industry and be experienced in hiring drivers and mechanics.
As the Recruiting Manager, you will oversee driver recruitment, employee onboarding and employee relations. This is a key leadership role that directly contributes to the success and growth of our organization.
Schedule
Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for drivers and mechanics—from sourcing to hire
- Build pipelines using Tenstreet, ADP, social media, and industry networks
- Ensure DOT compliance and all hiring practices meet federal, state, and local regulations
- Onboarding and create a strong first impression for every new hire
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Recruiting experience in transportation or trucking is preferred
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements
- Experience with Tenstreet, ADP, or similar systems
- Confidence handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
