Pay
: We offer our Recruiting Manager - Talent Acquisition Lead competitive pay from $65,000–$75,000 per year.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This full‑time recruiter position is scheduled Monday through Friday, typically between 7 AM and 5 PM.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As the Recruiting Manager - Talent Acquisition Lead, you will guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting cycle, from drafting position profiles to coordinating interviews and delivering offers. You'll partner with departments, manage hiring workflows, track metrics, facilitate onboarding, and represent Legacy at career events. You'll also ensure every candidate feels welcomed and supported, helping to build exceptional teams aligned with Legacy's mission.


IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
  • Experience as a recruiter team lead or talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Ability to understand diverse role competencies
  • Strong knowledge of screening/behavioral assessment tools (Predictive Index preferred)
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and well-organized
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
