Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and organized Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help grow our sales organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our hiring pipeline, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded and ready to start in the field.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and manage multiple priorities will directly impact company growth.

Duties: Recruiting & Candidate Management

  • Manage incoming applicants and respond quickly via call and text
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with strong follow-up
  • Conduct first-round candidate screenings
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates through external channels
  • Maintain and update job postings across platforms (Indeed, etc.)
  • Track and Report candidates and new hires through each stage of the hiring process

Onboarding & Hiring Support

  • Guide candidates from offer to first day in the field
  • Ensure all onboarding documents and systems are completed
  • Support training logistics and onboarding coordination

Operations & Team Support

  • Maintain internal tools and systems (Connecteam, tracking sheets, etc.)
  • Assist with rep communication and basic support needs
  • Keep hiring and onboarding processes organized and up to date

Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain office organization and supplies
  • Support weekly meetings and internal communication
  • Assist with general operational tasks as needed

What Success Looks Like

  • High volume of candidates contacted daily
  • Interviews consistently scheduled and confirmed
  • Strong interview show rates
  • New hires successfully onboarded and starting in the field

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and in-person)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workflow
  • Strong follow-up and persistence
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

Preferred:

  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, or administrative coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
