Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Recruiting Partners to help us scale our sales force.

Your role is to:
-Source high-quality candidates

-Interview and vet talent

-Bring on strong appointment setters / sales reps

You are not responsible for closing deals—your focus is building a high-performing team.

Compensation

• 20% Commission on every deal closed by the agents you recruit
• Ongoing residual-style earnings as long as your recruits produce
• No cap on income
• Scalable into leadership and team-building opportunities

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate quality
• Onboard and guide new hires into the system
• Maintain a pipeline of active talent
• Build and scale your own recruiting network
