Recruiting & Scheduling Coordinator – Home Health

Location: Boca Raton, FL (In-Office Position)

About Us

We are a growing home health agency dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients throughout South Florida. We are seeking an experienced and organized Recruiting & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in our Boca Raton office.

This role is ideal for someone with prior home health experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both recruiting and coordinating schedules to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified clinicians and caregivers, including RNs, LPNs, HHAs, CNAs, and Therapists
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and onboarding process
  • Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Verify credentials, licenses, and employment requirements
  • Coordinate orientation and training schedules

Scheduling

  • Schedule and coordinate patient visits and caregiver assignments
  • Manage staffing needs for both Private Duty and Medicare patients
  • Fill open shifts and address last-minute call-outs
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure appropriate coverage
  • Communicate effectively with clinicians, caregivers, patients, and referral sources

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain personnel files and compliance documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and credential tracking
  • Support office operations as needed
  • Previous experience in Home Health Recruiting
  • Experience with both Private Duty and Medicare Home Health strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of home health staffing requirements and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with WellSky/Kinnser is a plus
