Compensation: $26-$29 per hour + Incentive Plan

Location: Hybrid at Corporate Office in Greenville, SC

About the Role

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a high-volume pipeline of qualified clinical talent to support hiring needs. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives across regional and national markets, using a variety of channels including ATS platforms, job boards, social networks, niche sites, and direct outreach to engage both active and passive candidates.

As a subject matter expert in talent sourcing, you will apply best practices and innovative techniques to enhance candidate generation efforts. You will also collaborate with internal partners to identify new sourcing opportunities—such as partnerships with professional associations and academic institutions—and contribute to projects aimed at improving recruiting processes, tools, and technology.

This role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong, high-quality talent pipelines.

What you will do:

  • Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Execute sourcing strategies to support a consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of the recruitment funnel
  • Manage job postings and sourcing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to recruiting partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Research and identify new sourcing channels, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
  • Participate in projects to improve recruiting processes, tools, and technology

What you will bring:

  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
  • Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical recruiting
