CEO Inc. is a search firm which focuses on helping Manufacturing companies in several markets across the country find Engineering, Production Leadership and Operations professionals on a direct-hire basis. We also help clients staff their production-floor level roles as well. We are experiencing solid growth and therefore, we looking to expand our team and add an Associate with ties to the Charlotte metro/Southeastern US market.
The Recruitment/Sales Associate position involves helping companies we are partnered with in several markets across the U.S., source talent for their open roles. You will use your recruiting experience, coupled with the sourcing tools we have at our fingertips to source, interview and present top talent to open positions. You will also use your business development skills to identify new target companies in the market and make them aware of the talented professionals we are representing. In other words, you will be responsible for both recruiting and business development.
This opportunity offers a base salary, along with a commissions structure that is among the industry's best. Initially the Recruiter selected for this role will be expected to go into the office at least three days per week. Once they have established themselves however, this will be a remote opportunity.
In order to be considered, candidate's must have a minimum of two years' experience working within a Executive Search or Staffing Firm environment, along with business ties to the Charlotte/Southeastern US market. Recruitment Specialists will be required to participate business development, so please do not apply if are not interested in performing some outbound sales activities.
