Spixar HumanEdge is looking for an experienced Recruitment Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Field Operations, and Corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Close positions within defined timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets
