Job Purpose
Manage and administer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition of new hires and integration into Dammam Airports. The facilitation of new hires’ integration includes arranging & coordinating necessary onboarding resources in a timely & effective manner to ensure a positive first impression.
Position Accountability Description
Recruitment Management

Compile all documents related to candidates, liaising with recruiters, and ensuring that new arrivals’ files are in excellent order and completed.

Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters pertaining to candidates’ arrival dates and updating them with all onboarding arrangements.

Follow up with recruiters about the confirmed arrival dates of all candidates in the pipeline and prepare all preliminary arrangements prior to arrival date.

Update recruiters and hiring managers in a timely manner of any arrival delay, advancement, or cancellation.

Share the new joiners’ experience with recruiters and recommend enhancement to overall recruitment process based on new arrivals feedback.
Onboarding Process

Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.

Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to Dammam Airports’ culture and values.

Develop and manage onboarding checklists and schedules for new hires.

Provide support and guidance to new hires during their initial period with Dammam Airports.

Monitor the progress of new hires during onboarding and address any issues or concerns.

Collect and analyse feedback from new hires and hiring managers to enhance the onboarding process.
Candidate Experience

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases.

Address any candidate inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Implement strategies to improve candidate experience based on feedback and industry best practices.
Compliance and Reporting

Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with legal and organizational standards.

Prepare and present reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration and Support

Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.

Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment and onboarding activities.

Pursue continuous learning by seeking feedback, attending training sessions, and staying updated on industry trends.

Participate in team meetings and discussions, offering insights and suggestions for improving recruitment and onboarding processes, leveraging new joiners’ experience and feedback.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education Background:
Diploma: Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
Relevant Experience:
3-4 years of total experience in developing and implementing recruitment and strategies, coordinating with external agencies, or similar experience
