Recruitment and performance management manager

Anisha Int DWC is a boutique perfume design agency. We create bespoke perfumes for our clientele. We hire a mixture of staff from sales and admin to designers to social media experts. We need an experienced HR person to take our team to the next level, to recruit the best new personnel and to engage and inspire the ones already working with us. To allow each person to grow and remain engaged with their job.

The right person will have experience in :

Screening, recruitment, profiling and onboarding

Setting KPIs, designing appraisal systems, running performance reviews

Resolving conflict, coaching and managing expectations

Conversant with UAE labour laws

Able to align company strategy to people strategy
