We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Recruitment Assistant with strong experience in Real Estate recruitment within the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring of Real Estate Agents while also providing additional support in real estate operations and internal coordination within the company.
You must be confident in sourcing top-performing agents, handling fast-paced recruitment requirements, and using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn,Dubizzle and Workable to attract high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Real Estate Agents
- Source, attract, and shortlist qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn,Dubizzle and Workable
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability and performance potential
- Coordinate interviews and hiring schedules with management
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
- Assist in onboarding new real estate agents and ensure smooth integration
- Support basic real estate administrative and operational tasks when required
- Assist the Sales with coordination and daily operations
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE within the Real Estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of real estate agent hiring and performance expectations
- Experience using recruitment platforms: Indeed, LinkedIn, Workable
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, energetic, and results-driven attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
