We are looking for a recruitment consultant to connect employers with job seekers, managing the hiring process by sourcing candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to vacancies, and negotiating offers, while also building client relationships, generating new business, and advising on market trends.

Core Responsibilities

Client Management: Identifying potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships.

Candidate Sourcing: Advertising vacancies, networking, headhunting, and using social media to find talent.

Screening & Selection: Interviewing, assessing, running background checks, and creating shortlists of suitable candidates for clients.

Process Management: Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for them, and guiding them through the hiring process.

Business Development: generating leads, and meeting targets for placing candidates.

Key Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the job market and specific industries.

Sales-oriented with the ability to generate new business.

Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

Typical Tasks

Writing and posting job advertisements.

Reviewing CVs and applications.

Conducting initial candidate interviews.

Providing career advice and salary guidance.

Maintaining databases of candidates and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
