Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter with experience in
Procurement and Supply Chain
hiring across the GCC. This role focuses on supporting our clients through strategic talent acquisition, combining
business development
to understand their evolving needs with full
360° delivery
, including talent sourcing and client management, while also proactively identifying opportunities for our broader consulting services, such as Procurement Transformation, Training, ESG, and Digitalisation, to further support them.
You will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships with procurement leaders, and delivering high-quality recruitment services for both
contingent manpower
and
permanent roles
across government, semi-government and private-sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Client Acquisition & Growth)

Proactively identify and engage new clients across the GCC within procurement, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Secure new job mandates (contingent and permanent) through targeted outreach, networking, events, and referral channels.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads, opportunities, and active roles.

Conduct capability pitches and present service offerings to senior decision-makers (CPOs, Directors, HR, Vendor Management, etc.).
2. Recruitment Delivery & Execution

Manage full 360° recruitment cycle: intake meetings, search strategy, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, coordination and closing.

Deliver high-quality candidate experience and ensure strong cultural/technical fit for each hiring mandate.

Build and maintain talent pools for key procurement & supply chain categories (Strategic Sourcing, Category Managers, Contracting, Logistics, Inventory, ESG, etc.).

Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up.
3. Cross-Selling Into Wider Consulting Practice
Spot opportunities to introduce additional services such as:

Procurement Transformation

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing Support

Procurement Training (including CIPS)

Digital Procurement (e-sourcing, P2P)

Supplier Development & ESG/ICV

Coordinate with consulting teams to turn hiring mandates into broader strategic engagements.

Provide market intelligence and insights to support consulting proposals and bids.
4. Relationship Management & Market Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates with deep knowledge of GCC labour markets.

Maintain long-term partnerships with procurement executives and emerging talent.

Attend industry networking events, conferences, and professional forums (CIPS, Supply Chain ME, etc.).

Regularly conduct salary benchmarking, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
Essential Skills & Experience
-
Arabic language fluency (mandatory)
– spoken and written.

Proven recruitment experience in the
GCC
, ideally within
Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, Contracting, or Technical recruitment
.

Strong track record in a
360 recruiter role
— business development plus delivery.

Experience placing both
contingent/temporary labour and permanent professionals

Solid understanding of GCC hiring practices, visa processes, and market norms.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities at senior levels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles, tight timelines, and demanding clients.

Highly organised, KPI-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
