Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our London office

The role:

• Build long lasting relationships with candidates and client
• Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
• Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
• Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
• Creating job adverts
• Negotiating with both clients and candidates .

You will need:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience
• Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your market
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
