Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
