We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage our hiring processes and support HR functions. This role offers flexibility while making a significant impact on our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in a competitive real estate market.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to ensure readiness for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Market Adaptation:
- Stay updated with real estate market trends to understand hiring demands and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Analyze competitor hiring activities and suggest proactive recruitment approaches.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, open houses, and other hiring events to boost employer branding.
- Onboarding & Training:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including orientation and initial training sessions.
- Support new hires in settling into their roles effectively and understanding company policies.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation, such as contracts and offer letters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Performance & Employee Relations:
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR practices, and the local real estate market.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and HR software.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Availability: Must be available for an immediate start.
