Recruitment Consultant (Senior)

Maxwell Marshall is hiring experienced recruitment professionals with a proven agency background to support our expansion into the Middle East. We already partner with a number of investors and high growth startups across Africa and the Middle East, and we're looking for someone who is confident building relationships, developing a market, and excited by the opportunity to help establish and grow a new office in the UAE.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, owns their desk, and is motivated by the chance to build something with long term commercial upside. You'll be joining a growth focused firm with an established track record across emerging markets, with close support from the management team as you scale your market.

The role is based in the UAE, with occasional travel to the UK at key points in the year (aligned with Dubai summer, seasonal breaks, training weeks, company events, etc.).

• Recruitment professionals with agency experience (must have)
• Confident relationship builders with a commercial, consultative approach
• Comfortable developing a market and nurturing long term client partnerships
• Interested in working with investors, funds, and high growth startups
• Motivated by helping build and shape a new office in the UAE
