Recruitment Coordinators are key to the daily operations of our home care office. This is a fast-paced, people-centered role where no two days are the same. You’ll work both in-office and in the field, building relationships with caregivers and supporting our mission.
Source and recruit qualified caregivers
Interview and onboard new hires
Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers
Ensure compliance with personnel requirements
Collaborate with team members to support office operations
A nurturing, empathetic, and compassionate personality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and pleasant phone presence
High emotional intelligence
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong documentation skills
Spanish-speaking is a plus
