About The Role

The Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention. We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will support the organisation of our recruitment activities across various schedules, processes, and time zones. You'll contribute to our overall team goal of bringing the world's top A-Players to Revolut.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting with scheduling and coordination of recruitment activities
  • Scheduling timely interviews for candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones and locations
  • Arranging talent assessment tests and following up on process
  • Training interviewers
  • Managing clear communications with candidates during the process and after to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Working alongside recruiters to streamline and improve recruitment processes
What You'll Need
  • Coordination experience with a preference in a recruitment/HR function
  • Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
  • Experience managing coordination for multiple calendars, events, or stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, along with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with ATS or similar systems
  • Experience with Google or Microsoft Suites
  • To be highly organised, detail-oriented, and curious
  • Demonstrated ability in multitasking, prioritising, and meeting multiple tight deadlines
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to give and take constructive ideas and feedback
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A data-driven approach
  • High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
