Position Overview:

As a Healthcare Recruiter at Nao Medical, you will play a critical role in scaling our clinical and operational teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across provider roles (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants), as well as key onshore positions.

This role requires someone who is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent and ensure a strong and consistent hiring process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment
    Manage end-to-end recruitment for provider roles (MDs, NPs, PAs) and onshore positions
    Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
    Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive efficient hiring decisions

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
    Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals and corporate candidates
    Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Stakeholder Management
    Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
    Provide regular updates on pipeline status, hiring progress, and market insights
  • Process Optimization
    Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience
    Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity

Job Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience recruiting for provider roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants is strongly preferred
  • Experience hiring for onshore or corporate roles is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify high-quality candidates in competitive markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with UKG Ready and other ATS/HRIS platforms

Schedule Requirements:
  • Ability to work using Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including holidays

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
  • Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
  • Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
  • Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication.
  • Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.
