Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator – Healthcare (Nurses & Paramedical Staff)

Salary: Rs. 3,60,000 – 4,20,000 per annum
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator – Healthcare (Nurses & Paramedical Staff) with minimum 5 years of Gulf recruitment experience to manage and oversee the international hiring process for nurses, paramedics, and allied healthcare professionals.
The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Gulf healthcare clients, including sourcing, screening, credential verification, licensing guidance, and placement. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Gulf healthcare regulations, licensing exams, and visa processes, along with excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Management
- Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle for nurses and paramedical staff for Gulf healthcare clients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to determine suitability for Gulf roles.
2. Credentialing & Licensing Support
- Verify candidate credentials, nursing/paramedical licenses, and certifications to ensure eligibility for Gulf healthcare authorities.
- Guide candidates through licensing exams and regulatory requirements (e.g., DHA, HAAD, MOH, Prometric).
- Assist in preparing documentation for visa processing, employment contracts, and relocation.
3. Client & Candidate Coordination
- Liaise with Gulf hospitals and healthcare organizations to understand staffing requirements, job roles, and specialty needs.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and placement.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and client discussions between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Database & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment pipelines, and databases for ongoing staffing requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status, candidate progress, and client updates.
- Monitor KPIs, placements, and process efficiency for Gulf recruitment operations.
5. Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Gulf labor regulations, healthcare licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance candidate sourcing, documentation, and placement efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters or team members as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nurses and paramedical recruitment for Gulf countries.
- In-depth knowledge of Gulf healthcare licensing and regulatory requirements (DHA, HAAD, MOH, Prometric).
- Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, nursing/paramedical specialties, and staffing standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS/CRM).
- Ability to manage confidential candidate and client information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
