Recruitment Coordinator (Part-time)

Amada Senior Care Charleston is looking for a part-time recruitment coordinator to work in our Mt Pleasant, SC office. Expected hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-1pm.

What you'll do: The Recruitment Coordinator will manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment to help Amada achieve its goal of hiring committed, compassionate caregivers. Here's what we're looking for in our next recruitment coordinator:

  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard potential caregivers
  • Complete hiring paperwork and pre-employment testing and training, ensuring compliance with all legal and licensing requirements
  • Conduct orientation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent pools, community organizations, and educational institutions
  • Collaborate with the care team, including the scheduler, to understand client needs and ensure the perfect caregiver match
  • Create captivating job postings that highlight our company culture and attract top talent
  • Use and manage various types of recruitment software
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting, Human Resources, or supervisor experience with hiring responsibilities
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Strong computer and office software skills
  • Experience in the senior care industry preferred, but not required
