Key Responsibilities
Front of The House (FOH)
-
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet

Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards

Handle customer concerns professionally

Support team members during peak hours.
Supervisor Roles

Supervise daily outlet operations
-
Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and service quality

Coordinate shift activities and operational requirements
-
Support training and performance monitoring
-
Maintain operational and customer service standards
BOH Roles
-
Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs
-
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
-
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
-
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
-
Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
-
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
-
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
-
Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and machinery
-
Work closely with FOH team to ensure smooth service operations
-
Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
-
Support opening and closing kitchen procedures

Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
