Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across industries.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
