Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, evaluating, and placing the right talent. This role requires strong relationship management, a consultative approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Partner with clients to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and organizational culture.
- Provide consultative insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
Talent Acquisition:
- Source and attract candidates using various channels — job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts till successful joining.
Process & Reporting:
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and client SLAs.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance quality and turnaround time.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong networking skills and market awareness.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
