Key Responsibilities : 1. Bulk Hiring:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring project. Sourcing candidates using various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal databases for different profiles.
  • Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

2. Goal Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.
  • Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met.

3. Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review.

4. Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes.

2. Attributes:

  • High adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
