Key Responsibilities : 1. Bulk Hiring:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring project. Sourcing candidates using various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal databases for different profiles.
- Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
2. Goal Achievement:
- Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.
- Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes.
