Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Roles:
- Identify and source candidates for various positions
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for the roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
2. Candidate Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain a talent pool and build relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management.
4. Recruitment Strategy and Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
5. Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Participate in career fairs, job expos, and other recruitment events to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment,
- Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of different job functions and industries, both technical and non-technical.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
