Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to assist with end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks — to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Linkedin, Indeed, Naukri, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and HR best practices.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for Non-IT, Sr. Profiles, Sales, or Operations roles.
  • Strong Advance Excel Knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
