Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tagalog/ Arabic speaker) to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions. The role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and experienced in high-volume and/or specialist hiring.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms
Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video)
- Assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary alignment
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring managers
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Proven experience in in-house or recruitment consultancy environments
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience hiring across multiple job families
