Promoligne, is an expanding into clean energy components, industrial infrastructure, and local manufacturing setups. As we scale up our specialized divisions—ranging from commercial solar sales and LFP battery assembly infrastructure to specialized MEP project management—we are seeking a highly organized, relentless, and resourceful Recruitment Assistant to own and accelerate our talent acquisition pipeline.

Role Summary

As the Recruitment Assistant, your primary mandate is to take full ownership of the administrative and sourcing lifecycles for our diverse technical and commercial openings. You will be responsible for posting targeted job ads, filtering applicant pools, aggressively headhunting passive talent on LinkedIn, conducting initial phone screenings, and handing over highly qualified, shortlisted candidates to the management team for final interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Pipeline Coordination: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for multiple specialized roles simultaneously (including Sales, MEP Engineering, and specialized Technical/Manufacturing positions).
  • Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Look beyond standard incoming applications. Proactively source passive candidates through advanced LinkedIn searching, technical groups, university networks, and local industrial job boards.
  • Resume Filtering & Pre-Screening: Review incoming CVs strictly against rigid technical criteria. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic communication, technical alignment, salary expectations, and notice periods.
  • Interview Logistics: Coordinate, schedule, and align interview slots between the shortlisted candidates and the Director, ensuring a smooth, highly professional candidate experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date internal recruitment tracker (using Excel or an ATS) to monitor applicant statuses, response rates, and interview feedback.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a recruitment-heavy HR role or as a staffing agency coordinator. Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, solar, or industrial manufacturing sectors is a major advantage.
  • Sourcing Mastery: Proficient with LinkedIn Sourcing, Indeed Employer tools, Rozee.pk, and extracting talent pools from local professional communities.
  • Technical Literacy: Must be able to quickly grasp complex job requirements (e.g., understanding the difference between a standard civil engineer and an MEP engineer with fire safety system experience).
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Urdu and English. Professional phone etiquettes are absolute keys for candidate screening.
  • Organizational Prowess: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage schedules and data without dropping the ball.
