We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will contribute to the HR department’s growth while developing key professional skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as Admission Counselors and those who possess strong communication and convincing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR managers on daily operations and special projects.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and employees, using strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Admission Counselor will be an added advantage.
