Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Recruitment Lead to manage and drive the Contract Staffing recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, team handling, and delivering high-volume hiring mandates within defined timelines. This role requires strategic planning, client interaction, and operational excellence in contract staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for contract staffing requirements.
- Handle high-volume hiring across IT / Non-IT / Engineering / BFSI / Pharma (as applicable).
- Manage client accounts and act as a single point of contact for staffing requirements.
- Understand job requisitions and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract resources.
- Ensure timely closures within SLA and TAT.
- Drive team performance, mentor recruiters, and track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training & development support.
- Manage vendor coordination (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with documentation and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for leadership.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to contract staffing.
- Strong understanding of contract hiring lifecycle and compliance.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
- Strong market intelligence and salary benchmarking knowledge.
