Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Recruitment Lead to manage and drive the Contract Staffing recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, team handling, and delivering high-volume hiring mandates within defined timelines. This role requires strategic planning, client interaction, and operational excellence in contract staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for contract staffing requirements.
  • Handle high-volume hiring across IT / Non-IT / Engineering / BFSI / Pharma (as applicable).
  • Manage client accounts and act as a single point of contact for staffing requirements.
  • Understand job requisitions and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract resources.
  • Ensure timely closures within SLA and TAT.
  • Drive team performance, mentor recruiters, and track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training & development support.
  • Manage vendor coordination (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and onboarding processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for leadership.
  • Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to contract staffing.
  • Strong understanding of contract hiring lifecycle and compliance.
  • Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Strong market intelligence and salary benchmarking knowledge.
