The Mandate
Watchit FYI HR Services is seeking an elite Recruitment Lead to spearhead our Executive Search division from our Airport Heights office. In this high-stakes role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing C-suite and senior-level leadership for the Sultanate’s most influential organizations. We are looking for a specialist with a refined "hunter" mindset—someone who can map out market sectors, build relationships with passive candidates, and deliver the transformative leadership our clients demand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Executive Mandate Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of retained and contingent executive search assignments, from initial client briefing to successful onboarding.
  • Strategic Headhunting: Utilize sophisticated research and networking techniques to identify and engage with "off-market" executive talent locally and internationally.
  • Market Intelligence & Mapping: Conduct deep-dive industry research to provide clients with talent landscape analysis, competitor benchmarking, and salary insights at the leadership level.
  • Competency-Based Assessment: Conduct rigorous, high-level interviews and behavioral assessments to ensure candidates possess the strategic vision and cultural fit required for executive roles.
  • Omanisation Strategy: Identify and cultivate high-potential Omani nationals for leadership succession, supporting our clients’ nationalization goals at the executive tier.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Manage the complex nuances of executive compensation packages, including performance-linked bonuses, relocation logistics, and long-term incentives.

Professional Profile

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years dedicated to Executive Search or Senior Management hiring.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value mandates (CFO, COO, Country Manager, etc.) within the GCC.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and consult at the Board and C-suite levels.
  • Deep knowledge of the Omani corporate landscape and the Ministry of Labour’s executive-level requirements.
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous for regional networking.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a relevant professional field.
