Manager of Human and Administrative Resources

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition and hiring operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and online job platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Supervise and develop the recruitment team's skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify and fulfill hiring needs across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and local/international recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
