*Key_Responsibilities*

1) Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

2) Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

3) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs & craft job descriptions

4) Use multiple recruitment platforms/tools for diverse candidate sourcing

5) Conduct screening interviews & assessments to evaluate candidate fit

6) Maintain ATS records and ensure HR compliance

7) Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

*Requirements*

1) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2) Minimum 7–years of recruitment and *HR experience Strong understanding of recruitment channels & talent acquisition strategies *Familiarity with payroll_software & HR_systems*

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5) Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software
