Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent, including internationally, to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure effective performance and achievement of hiring goals.

Review and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.

Oversee the screening, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.

Manage international hiring efforts, including travel for recruitment purposes and managing agreements with external agencies.

Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Enhance the candidate experience from screening to onboarding by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a positive recruitment process.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Work on Saudization initiatives, including measuring and optimizing Saudization compliance within recruitment processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with minimum 10 years in the field, including international hiring.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.

Knowledge of Saudization and how to measure and implement it effectively.

Utilities industry background and O&M projects is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
