Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations for overseas nursing placements, IT, and Non-IT sectors. The ideal candidate will also contribute to business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth of recruitment services.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas nurses, including sourcing, screening, documentation, and deployment.
- Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, social media, campus hiring, international sourcing).
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate with overseas clients regarding manpower requirements, timelines, and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, visa processing coordination, licensing, and regulatory compliance for overseas placements.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent databases.
Business Development & Client Management
- Support business development activities including client acquisition and relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities in overseas healthcare, IT, and Non-IT sectors.
- Coordinate with sales/BD teams for proposal preparation, negotiations, and onboarding new clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, IT firms, and corporate clients.
- Understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
